The glass that's hardest to reach is the glass that gets skipped. Skylights, the clerestory over a great room and the upper-story windows haze over while everything at eye level stays clear. Skylights get it worst, because they sit nearly flat and every rain dries right where it lands.
We clean all of it from the ground with a water-fed pole, on the same every-two-months schedule as your exterior windows. If a skylight can't be reached safely from the ground, we tell you when we quote.

Look at the glass
We check the high panes for heavy salt buildup and hard-water spots before we start.

Reach from the ground
The water-fed pole extends up to the glass with a brush at the tip. No ladders, no one on the roof.

Wash
The brush loosens the grime while filtered water floods the surface.

Rinse
A final pure-water rinse leaves nothing to dry into a spot, so we don't towel the glass.
