What's included in a plan?
Every Salt plan covers your whole lanai area and your windows together: the screen cage, framing and screens, the pool deck, the back of the house inside the lanai and the back windows — plus every other exterior pane, frame and sill. You choose how often: monthly, every two months, or quarterly. Soft wash, roof wash and gutter cleaning can be added to any plan.
How often should my backyard be cleaned?
Every two months is the rhythm we recommend — often enough that pollen, mold and salt never settle into the cage, the deck or the glass. Monthly suits a pool that's used year-round or a backyard you want guest-ready at any time. Quarterly works for a lighter-use backyard that wants a full reset each season.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime — one service or all of them, with no minimum term. In a service's first 12 months, cancelling it costs one visit's discount: the difference between its one-time price and your plan price, charged once. After 12 months, cancelling is free. And if you cancel within 7 days of your first visit, nothing is charged at all.
What if something isn't right?
Every visit is backed by our 365-day guarantee: if it isn't right between cleans, we come back and make it right.
Why do you quote each home instead of listing prices?
Because backyards vary more than houses do. The size of the screen cage, the deck surface, how much glass faces the lanai and how many windows the home has all change the work. We'd rather give you a real number for your home than a starting price that doesn't hold.
Can you reach high or hard-to-get windows?
Yes. We clean upper-story and hard-to-reach glass from the ground with a water-fed pole and pure water, so the high panes get the same spot-free finish as the ones at eye level — without ladders leaning against your home.
