Which maintenance plan should I choose?
Every two months suits most homes near the water. Right on the Gulf, or if you want the glass spotless all year, go monthly, which also adds two interior cleans, a screen and track clean and priority scheduling. Quarterly is one clean a season. You can switch plans anytime.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. The plan keeps running until you cancel. In a service's first 12 months, cancelling costs one visit's discount, charged once. After that it's free, and if you cancel within 7 days of your first visit nothing is charged.
What is the Snowbird plan?
A plan built around when you're here. We keep cleaning while you're up north, come more often while you're in town, and time a visit to land just before you get back. Salt builds up on an empty house too.
What's in every visit?
A pure-water exterior clean that dries without spots, backed by our 365-day guarantee: if a window isn't right, we come back and fix it. Interior glass, screens, tracks and hard-water stain removal can be added to any plan. The monthly plan includes two interior cleans and a screen and track clean each year.
