Will steel wool scratch my windows?
Not the ultra-fine grade, used wet on clean glass. We never use it on tinted, coated or Low-E glass, or on acrylic.
Can every spot be removed?
Spots sitting on the glass, yes. If the glass is already etched, no one can undo that, and we'll tell you before we start so you don't pay to chase it.
How much does it cost?
Spotting varies a lot from house to house, so we look at the glass and quote the removal in person.
How do I keep the spots from coming back?
Keep the glass on a recurring plan so the minerals come off before they bond. If one window spots much faster than the rest, a sprinkler head is usually aimed at it, and turning it is the easiest fix.
