Screens near the Gulf catch salt, pollen and grit, and the mesh clogs fast. When rain or sprinkler water runs through a dirty screen, it carries that grit onto the glass behind it and dries in drip lines.

So we clean the screens on the same visit as the windows. Each one comes out, gets washed and goes back in its own opening.
