How we clean
How we clean your windows.
Scrub, then rinse with pure water so the glass dries clear on its own. Every visit ends with before-and-after photos.

Check the glass
We look for heavy buildup and bonded hard-water spots first, so each window gets the right treatment.

Water-fed wash
A brush on a water-fed pole scrubs the glass and frames while filtered water floods the surface. Upper floors are done from the ground, with no ladders.

Pure-water rinse
The last rinse is deionized water with no minerals in it, so there's nothing left to dry into a spot. We don't towel the glass.

Hand finish
Ground-floor and interior glass is washed by hand and squeegeed. Then we take the after photos.
What pure water does, and what it doesn’t
Tap water here is full of minerals. Rinse with it and the glass looks fine wet, then dries spotty. We run our water through a deionization tank first, so there’s nothing in it to leave a spot. Spots that have already bonded need hard-water stain removal first.
Pure water doesn’t coat, seal or treat the glass. What keeps it clear is the recurring rhythm: the buildup comes off before it sets. Glass that has already etched can’t be fixed. We can only stop it getting there.
