Salt Cleaning — window cleaning in Naples, FL

Recurring interior glass

Interior window cleaning in Naples.

Clear glass from the inside too, worked into your plan at a lighter rhythm than the exterior, with care taken around the furnishings around every window.

The inside of the glass doesn't take coastal salt the way the outside does, so it doesn't need the same rhythm. It still picks up dust, fingerprints, and the haze of everyday living — and on a wall of glass, that film is just as easy to see in the afternoon light.

Salt works interiors into your recurring plan at a lighter cadence than the exterior window cleaning, so the inside glass is kept clear without paying for a clean it doesn't need. Every visit is the same crew, and the inside finishes streak-free by hand.

Coastal living adds its own layer inside, too. Every time the sliders open to the lanai, a little salt air rides in on the breeze and settles on the glass, and a sealed, air-conditioned house circulates cooking haze and fine dust across every pane. None of it is dramatic day to day — but on a west-facing view wall, the low afternoon sun lights up all of it at exactly the hour you want the view.

The plans are built with this in mind: the bi-monthly plan includes one interior cleaning each year and the monthly plan includes two, both delivered during a regular visit. If you're seasonal, we schedule the interior work for when you're in town — or coordinate access with whoever looks after the house.

What’s included

  • Every interior pane

Inside glass cleaned edge to edge, including the sliders and view-wall panels that frame the room.

  • Tall interior glass reached

Two-story foyer windows, stair landings, and high lanai panels reached and cleaned without ladders leaned across your floors.

  • Hand-squeegee finish

Interior glass gets the traditional strip-wash and hand squeegee, pulled in clean passes for a streak-free result.

  • Care around your furnishings

Sills, drapery, and furniture near the glass are protected and worked around, so nothing gets wet or moved out of place.

  • Interior sills and tracks

The sill and frame each window sits in get wiped down too, so the whole opening reads clean, not just the pane.

  • A lighter return rhythm

Interiors are scheduled less often than the exterior within the same plan, so the inside stays clear without an unneeded visit.

How it works

  1. 01

    We plan the room

Before any water comes out, we note where furniture, rugs, and drapery sit near each window so the work stays clean and dry.

  2. 02

    Protect, then wash

Sills and anything close to the glass are covered or moved a touch, then a strip-washer floods the pane and lifts the film.

  3. 03

    Hand squeegee, edge to edge

The squeegee pulls the water off in clean overlapping passes, so the inside glass dries streak-free with no toweling marks.

  4. 04

    Detail the high glass

Tall foyer and stair-landing windows are reached and finished to the same standard as the panes at eye level.

Common questions

How often do interior windows need cleaning compared to the exterior?
Less often. The inside isn't exposed to coastal salt or hard water, so it doesn't haze the way the outside does. We work interiors into your plan at a lighter cadence than the exterior, so the inside glass stays clear without an extra visit it doesn't need.
Can you reach the tall windows above my foyer and stairs?
Yes. Two-story foyer glass, stair landings, and high interior panels are reached and cleaned to the same finish as the windows at eye level — no ladders leaned across your floors and furniture.
Will you move or protect furniture near the windows?
We plan the room first and work around your furnishings. Sills, drapery, and anything close to the glass are protected, and pieces are only shifted a touch when needed, then set right back. Nothing gets wet or left out of place.
Do I need to be home when you clean the interior?
Someone needs to let us in — you, a family member, or the person who manages the house. Plenty of the homes we serve are seasonal, so we're used to coordinating with estate and house managers and scheduling interior visits around travel dates.
Is interior cleaning included in the recurring plans?
Yes, on a set rhythm: the bi-monthly plan includes one interior cleaning a year and the monthly plan includes two, each done during a regular visit. Want the inside done more often? It can be added to any visit — see the plans for how the cadence works.
Why does the inside glass film over when it never sees rain or sprinklers?
Living does it. Cooking puts a fine haze into the air, the A/C moves dust across every surface, hands and dogs find the sliders, and each time a door opens to the lanai a little salt air drifts in. It builds slowly enough that most people only notice when the afternoon sun hits the view wall.
Can the inside be ready before we arrive for the season?
Yes. Tell us your return date and we'll time an interior clean to land just before it, on the same visit as the exterior — so you walk into clear glass on both sides instead of adding it to your arrival to-do list. That's the heart of the Snowbird plan.
