Older Moorings houses often have a mix of glass: original panes in some rooms and replacement or impact windows in others, depending on what's been updated. We check each window before we start, because the method changes. Plain glass gets 0000 steel wool worked wet. Coated glass gets a gentler approach.

Glass that's been in place a long time on a sprinkler-hit wall is also the likeliest to have etched. Etching is damage in the glass, not a deposit on it, and nothing reverses it. We'll show you which panes we can bring back and which we can't before you pay for anything.
