Most of the bonded spotting we see in Bonita sits on the bottom third of the windows in the golf communities and the neighborhoods east of I-75. That's sprinkler water. The heads run on a schedule, often before sunrise, and the overspray dries on the same panes again and again until it bonds.

We de-grit and wet the glass, lift the mineral with 0000 steel wool, and rinse with pure water.
