Marco's houses run from the first homes Deltona built in the 1960s and '70s to canal houses finished last year, and the glass shows the difference. On the older homes, decades of salt have often left a haze a wash won't touch. Some of that is mineral sitting on the glass, and it lifts off. Some of it has etched into the surface, and nothing undoes that. We check each pane in low light and tell you which you have before any work starts.

Newer homes and replaced windows often have coated or Low-E glass, and we never put steel wool on those panes; they get a gentler approach. Bare glass is de-gritted, wetted, worked with 0000 steel wool and rinsed with pure water. After that, exterior window cleaning every two months keeps it from building back.
