The Moorings is a strip of land between the Gulf and Moorings Bay, with canals cut through the middle. A lot of the single-family homes are one story, so most of the glass can be hand-washed and squeegeed from the ground, and the pole comes out for the second floors on the newer houses.

Many houses here have water on more than one side, so salt lands on several walls rather than just the back. We clean all of it on the same visit and return every two months. If you live here year-round, that schedule suits you too: you're looking through the glass every day, so you'll notice the haze first.
