Exterior window cleaning in Pine Ridge.
Exterior glass on Pine Ridge's big-lot homes, where sprinkler spray does more damage than salt.
Pine Ridge is east of US 41, a couple of miles from the beach, so salt isn't the main issue. Sprinklers are. These are big lots with a lot of lawn, and the heads near the house hit the lower glass every cycle. Each pass dries and leaves a little more mineral behind.
We clean with deionized water, which has nothing in it to leave a spot. The second floor on the newer two-story homes gets the water-fed pole from the ground, and the ground floor gets a hand squeegee. Two months between visits is usually enough to keep sprinkler spots from setting.
How the work is done: exterior window cleaning. Everything else we do in Pine Ridge.
