On a Marco canal lot, the glass that matters most faces the water: the sliders behind the pool cage, the kitchen window over the dock, a second-floor balcony door. That side takes the salt first and hazes first. The street side often looks fine for weeks longer, so most owners notice the problem from inside, looking out at the canal.

We wash every pane, but we look hardest at the water side. Second-story glass is cleaned from the yard with a water-fed pole, so nothing leans on the stucco or the cage, and every pane finishes with a pure-water rinse that dries clear on its own. That rinse is what lets the visits keep running from May to October while the house is closed up. Our office is on North Collier Boulevard, and the crews work the island on a set route.
