Soft washing in Aqualane Shores.

Aqualane Shores is threaded with canals running off Naples Bay, and canal air does not dry out. The rear elevations facing the water hold moisture through the night, so the stucco, the soffits over the dockside lanais, and the screen enclosures pick up a mildew film that the front of the same house never gets. Owners often assume it is salt and try to wash it off, which does nothing at all — salt rinses, mildew is alive and has to be killed.

Our soft washing treats it as the biological problem it is. A cleaning solution matched to the growth goes on, dwells long enough to kill it at the root rather than knocking the top layer loose, then everything rinses away at low pressure. That matters on the screen enclosures particularly, since a pressure washer stretches and tears cage mesh in a single pass.
