Aqualane Shores has been rebuilding steadily, and the new houses put most of their glass on the canal side: two floors of windows and wide sliders facing the dock. The street side is often a fraction of that. We quote and plan around the water side, because that's where nearly all the work is.

With a rebuild going on somewhere on most streets, a lot of what lands on glass here is construction dust as well as salt. Wiping that dry scratches, so we wet it and lift it off with the brush and pure water. Upper floors get the water-fed pole, ground-floor sliders get a hand squeegee, and we come back every two months so it doesn't build up. If spotting has already bonded, hard-water stain removal comes first.
