Screen cleaning in Pelican Bay.

In spring the oaks and pines in the older Pelican Bay enclaves coat everything yellow, and screen mesh holds onto it. Add salt from the breeze and the mesh stays damp, so the next rain carries that grit onto the window behind it.

We take screens out one opening at a time, wash the mesh, wipe the frames and channels, rinse with pure water and put each back where it came from. Doing it alongside exterior window cleaning means the glass and the screen in front of it start clean together.
