Bonita's communities back onto preserve and wetland — Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, The Colony, Spring Creek — and an enclosure sitting against that has humidity at the mesh essentially all the time. Add the buffer planting that shades most of these cages and the wet season that runs for months, and the preserve-facing panels go black while the street side still looks acceptable.

Our lanai cleaning does the whole enclosure so it comes back even: screens soft washed in place at low pressure, framing and beams cleaned with the top faces included, floor washed to the surface at the pressure the material takes, and the kickplates, tracks, and corners hand-detailed.
