Most owners here want the inside done once, right before they come back for the season, not on a loose schedule. The bi-monthly plan includes one interior clean a year and the monthly plan includes two, so we put that visit in October or whenever you tell us you're landing. If the house rents by the week, send us the lockbox or check-in details once and we'll work between guests.
