Estero's communities are built around water and turf — the lakes at Miromar Lakes and Corkscrew Shores, the golf frontage through Grandezza and Shadow Wood at The Brooks, the preserve edges that back a lot of these streets. All of it raises the humidity right at the wall, and the irrigation that keeps the turf green keeps the lower stucco wet on a schedule. Our soft washing suits the tall thin-coat stucco these newer homes are finished in, which high pressure will mark and blow through at the control joints. Solution kills the growth at the root, dwells, and rinses off at low pressure, so a three-story elevation comes back even rather than striped from a wand.
