Park Shore enclosures sit between the Gulf and Venetian Bay, taking salt from the west and damp shade from the east. The Gulf side of a cage collects a salt film that greys the mesh and dulls the view; the bay side, shaded for much of the afternoon, grows the black in the corners and along the kickplate line. Cleaning one side and calling it done is why so many cages here look uneven.
