Park Shore's houses sit east of Gulf Shore Boulevard, most of them on Venetian Bay or one of the canals off it. The back of the house is usually the expensive side: sliders and big fixed panes facing the water and the dock. That glass gets the salt off the bay plus whatever the lawn sprinklers throw at it, and it's the side you look through all day.

Upstairs panes on the new two-story houses get the water-fed pole and a pure-water rinse from the ground. Ground-floor glass gets a hand squeegee. If you're in one of the towers on the beach side, tell us your floor and which glass you want done before you book. What we can reach from a balcony or the ground depends on the building, and we'd rather say so up front.
