Window track cleaning in Old Naples.
Slider and window tracks cleared of beach sand, salt and bugs in Old Naples homes a short walk from the Gulf.
When the beach is a few blocks away, people walk home with sand on their feet and come in through the back slider. That sand ends up in the bottom track, mixes with salt and damp air, and packs down hard. The door starts to drag, and the grit wears the rollers each time it opens.
We dig the channel out, wipe the runner and clear the weep holes so rainwater drains instead of sitting against the frame. It's a free add-on on your first window visit, and the monthly plan includes a full track detail once a year.
