The bi-monthly plan

Why every two months works in Naples.

Naples glass gets hit from two sides: salt air off the Gulf and mineral-heavy sprinkler water from below. Either one films the glass in weeks and bonds in months. A visit every two months clears both before they set.

  • Salt on the Gulf side, sprinklers on the street side

West of 41 the haze is salt. East of it, it's the chalky band reclaimed irrigation leaves on the lower panes. Most homes get some of each, and both rinse off while they're fresh.

  • Spotting stops before it etches

Sprinkler minerals that sit on glass through a summer bake into spots that only come off with slow hand restoration. Six visits a year never give them the time.

  • Your season, covered

Plenty of Naples owners are here December to April. The plan keeps going while you're away, and the pure-water rinse dries without spots, so the glass is clear the day you open the house.

  • The same crew, ten minutes away

We work out of Creech Road, between Pelican Bay and Old Naples. The same crew runs your street on a set route, learns the house, and keeps the gate code on file.

Six visits a year

A year on the plan.

Six visits, two months apart. Your dates are set when you start; this is a common Naples rhythm.

  1. November

    Season opens

The summer's film and sprinkler spotting come off before guests and holiday parties.

  2. January

    Peak season

Clear glass while the town is full and the weather is at its best.

  3. March

    Pollen and dry season

Oak pollen and dust from the dry months, rinsed before they cake on.

  4. May

    Close up the house

A clean finish before you head north and the rains begin.

  5. July

    Rainy season

Afternoon storms splash dirt and mildew onto the lower glass. It comes off before it sets.

  6. September

    Storm season

Spray from the late-summer storms, cleared so the house is ready for fall.

The difference

The view you paid for, every day of the year.

  • A one-time clean looks great for a week. Then the sprinklers and the salt start over.
  • Every two months, the film comes off before it can spot or etch.
  • No calling, no remembering. The next visit is already on the calendar.
  • Open the house for the season to glass that's already clear.

What we clean in Naples

Every pane, screen and track, clear again.

The plan keeps the glass clear. Add any of these to a visit, or book them on their own.

Inside and outside window cleaning

Every pane, inside and out, up to the second story, finished with a pure-water rinse that dries spot-free.

How we do it

From a Moorings ranch to a Port Royal estate, Naples homes are built around big glass: sliders onto the lanai, transoms over the entry, picture windows on the water side. Outside, we clean every pane with a water-fed pole and a pure-water rinse that dries without spots, second story included. Inside, each pane is strip-washed and hand-squeegeed with the sills and floors protected. Our exterior window cleaning and interior window cleaning pages cover each visit.

Hard water stain removal in Naples

The white sprinkler spots that won't wipe off, lifted by hand, then kept from coming back.

How we do it

Pine Ridge, Golden Gate Estates and most of the communities east of 41 water with reclaimed or well water, and the sprinklers hit the lower glass every morning. Those minerals dry into white spots that bond to the glass and won't come off with a normal clean. Our hard water stain removal lifts them by hand with a mild polish, and the bi-monthly plan keeps them from setting again. If you can, angle the heads away from the glass too.

Screens and lanai cages

Screens hold the dirt that rains back onto the glass. We wash them gently and soft wash the cage.

How we do it

Window screens and the pool cage catch pollen, salt and dust all season, and every afternoon storm rinses it straight down the sliders. Clean glass behind dirty screens streaks within days. We pull and wash each window screen by its frame, soft wash the cage panels and frame, and rinse the deck so it all stays clean together. See screen cleaning and lanai and pool cage cleaning.

Clean interior glass sliders looking out to a lanai

Window tracks and sills

Sand, pollen and dead bugs vacuumed and wiped out of every track, so sliders glide again.

How we do it

Beach sand and pollen settle into the bottom of every slider track in Naples, then turn to grit that makes the doors drag and wears the rollers. We vacuum the tracks, scrub the corners and weep holes, and wipe the sills and frames, so the doors glide and the rain drains out the way it should. Add window track cleaning to any visit.

High windows and skylights

Clerestories, two-story great rooms and skylights, cleaned from the ground with no ladder on the lanai.

How we do it

Newer homes in Pelican Bay, Park Shore and the golf communities stack glass two stories high over the great room and the entry. Our water-fed poles reach that glass from the ground, so there's no ladder on your pavers or against your stucco, and the pure-water rinse leaves it spot-free. Skylights and condo glass up high are on our high window and skylight cleaning page.

Christmas light installation

Custom C9 lights designed, hung, kept lit all season and taken down and stored after.

How we do it

The same crew that cleans your windows hangs commercial-grade C9 lights on Naples rooflines, palms and columns. We design around your house, install, replace any bulb that goes out all season, then take it down and store it after the holidays. If you won't be down until December, they can be up before you arrive. Book a free walkthrough on our Christmas light installation page.

Local knowledge

What we see in Naples.

01

West of 41 versus east

Closer to the Gulf, in Old Naples, Park Shore and the Moorings, the film is mostly salt and it builds on the water side first. Inland, in Pine Ridge and the golf communities, the bigger problem is sprinkler spotting on the lower panes. Tell us which side gets it worst when you book.

02

Reclaimed irrigation water

Much of Naples waters with reclaimed or well water, which leaves more minerals behind than tap water. If a sprinkler head hits the glass every morning, the spotting comes back fast. We point those heads out after the first visit.

03

Seasonal homes

Many Naples houses sit empty from May to November. Send us the gate code or lockbox once and we keep the plan running while you're up north, so you open the house to clear glass.

04

Condos and HOAs

High-rises along Gulf Shore Boulevard and Pelican Bay often have the building handle the outside glass. We clean the inside glass and the lanai sliders on your schedule, and work with the building manager on access.

Window cleaning in Naples: common questions

Why every two months instead of once or twice a year?
Salt film and sprinkler minerals show up on Naples glass within a few weeks and bond over a few months. Once or twice a year, the visit comes after they've set, and bonded spots need slow hand restoration. Every two months, they come off while they still rinse away.
Which parts of Naples do you cover?
All of it, from Port Royal and Old Naples up through the Moorings, Park Shore, Pelican Bay and Vanderbilt Beach, and inland through Pine Ridge and the golf communities. We work out of 1205 Creech Road, so the crew is never far away.
Can you get the sprinkler spots off my windows?
Usually, yes. Fresh spotting comes off on a regular visit. Spots that have baked on for a season need hard water stain removal, done by hand and priced on site once we see the glass.
Do I need to be home?
No. For outside glass we need access to the outside of the house and an outdoor spigot. Send us the gate code or lockbox once and we keep it on file. For inside glass, someone lets us in, or we use the lockbox.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. The plan has no contract, so you can pause, change or cancel anytime, and every visit is backed by our 365-day guarantee.
